I have an issue, details below, and didn't have any luck getting help here. What are my other options?
ISSUE
We recently set Jira SD cloud to use our email address, so all emails sent to it generate tickets. It worked fine for a week, but on the weekend email account got locked out due to multiple failed authentication attempts originating from San Francisco. Then again the weekend after the same thing. We had no issues with this email account before setting it in Jira SD. On the other hand, makes no sense that Jira would do this. Did anyone experience something like this before?
