Is there a way to let Service Desk customers view tickets in a board / dashboard?

Customer currently have only the My Requests page. But what about showing something more advanced, like other JIRA options available in JIRA?

To see more than the customer portal, you have to make the users full JIRA users - the idea of a customer for Service Desk is to keep it as simple as possible and focus on the requests and getting them done.

Thanks, I would of course like to provide these options for customers as part of Service Desk, without actual access to JIRA. The current interface is very lacking (too simple).

It's supposed to be simple. If you want them to have more access, they need to be JIRA users.
