When accessing your logs, you need to scroll through to find failures. I would love to be able to filter and only show failures, or even have notifications of failures.
I didn't see a feature request or find any other results on searching for it, but was curious if anyone else had found a way to do this.
HI @Patrick Savago, it is unfortunately not possible to filter the Processing Logs to only show failure with Service Desk out-of-the-box.
