Is there a way to create a default SLA Metric and associate it to multiple projects?

Hi everyone,

I was hoping to get some feedback on the association of SLA Metric to multiple projects. When a project is created in Jira Service Desk a set of default SLA Metrics are created along with it. In addition, new SLA Metric can be created depending on a given requirement. Is it possible to associate new SLA Metric to other projects, a default type that can be used across all?

I am guessing the functionality is not available to share anythign between SDs because each SD is tied to a project and each project can have it's own configuration. You could raise a request here though (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSD).
