Is it possible to reset Server ID for Service desk license

We have a problem described in JSDSERVER-4170 and would like to split the application into different servers.

Ivan,

Are you simply looking to use the license on a different server instead of the one it's currently on, or are you looking to actually use it on two severs at once?

As long as you are completely retiring the old server, you can use your license on the new server. No need to split the license or change the server ID. It will update.

Please note that you cannot use the same license on more than one server actively. If you need to keep the old server active then you will need to order a new license for your new server.
