Is it possible to query the JIRA Service Desk fields, e.g. 'SLA'?

I'd like to setup a Kanban board for our support team that integrates all the different service desks. The Kanban board should be organized by queries that check the SLA.

Is this possible? Can I create JQL queries using Service Desk specific fields?
