Is it possible to display the card/ticket number in JIRA Support Portal? Currently the card/ticket number only displays if the mouse is hovered over the Issues/Request Description
Customer's are unable to view the card/ticket number in their Support Portal. While the Description is helpful, the card number only displays if the customer hovers their mouse over the description hyperlink.
If this is simple, we would like to enable this for our clients as some work better with card numbers than the Request Description. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated?
