In our Customer Portal currently, the customer only has the ability to see the description, status and comments on that particular issue. We would like to be able to let them also see attachments within the Portal view. Is this possible?
Yes, customers can see attachments in the portal. The only thing that is necessary for them to view is by adding the attachment in the comment.
For example, if you add an attachment in the ticket (agent view) and then comment, but don't link the attachment to the comment, customers will not see. So for each attachment, you will need to link it in the comment box for it to be visible to them.
