Is it possible to add links to isssue description on the customer portal?

Hi,

We are in need of linking to an external description page from the description text in the customer portal in the service desk add-on.

When I try adding cutom html it converts it to standard text. Just adding a link does not make it clickable.

Yeah add: 

[URL_TEXT|http://example.com]

Peter, you also have the option to put links on the request form above the fields in the "Help and Instructions" section. Same format as Joel noted but in a predesignated area for documentation.
