We are currently using Jira Service Desk to provide support for our external customers.
However, I also want to have a JIRA Service Desk Project to streamline our internal HR onboarding to help us track who has access to which applications when they are onboard.
I would like to ensure that the HR project does not appear in our standard (external facing portal) and would like to be able to use a different portal.
From what I have read, I don't believe this is possible, but I did want to confirm it.
I guess my solution would be to use a JIRA Core Project and just have our department heads submit tickets through this project,
If anyone has any ideas/solutions, I am open to hearing how all of you might be doing this.
