Integrated alternative to Confluence for KB/docs?

We have extensive documentation for our products and services in a multi-site WordPress site.

What's the best way to integrate this with Jira Service Desk? We see the option to turn on Confluence but would prefer to offer links to our current docs. 

How can we create links to these docs within Jira SD, similar to if we had Confluence?

Hi @Danny Brown 

Simple answer you can't. Atlassian Confluence is the favoured documentation / KB portal of choice for Atalssian Jira Service Desk, unless you can find a plugin that allows such external collaboration. 

I don't know of such a plugin.
