No logro realizar la integración de HipChat, al intentar hacer la conexión me aparece el mensaje de conexión LIMITADA , ya revise los puertos en el Cortafuegos y el puerto 80, 443, desactive el cortafuegos por completo para no tener conflicto alguno, pero tampoco funciona.
Can you let me know what version both your Jira server and Hipchat server are running on? Are you using any of the Cloud versions?
Lastly, could you have a look at your Jira logs and let me know what the errors say is occurring when you try to connect it to Hipchat?

la parte del servidor Jira no la tengo clara, no tengo un servidor para HipChat, la versión que tengo instalada es la 7.8.29.

The messages you sent me don't seem to be related to the issue you're encountering with connecting Hipchat and Jira.
I assume you are using Hipchat Cloud rather than hosting it yourself, can you confirm that?

Please make sure you're following that exactly, and let me know at which step you encounter an issue, and exactly what happens.
Any lines in your logs related to the issue should mention ERROR rather than WARN so please have a look at that.
There is no need at this time to send me the entire log file; if we can get the ERROR messages that occur the same time you have the issue it will be enough.
