I've created several request types related to emails and outlook. I have about 8 requests available related to mails.
Example of a request type with the following title:
Mail , Outlook : Créer un alias à une mailbox
When a client seaches for this word:
nothing is returned, when searched for the following word:
mailbox
then the right ticket is suggested.
I do not understand this behavior. Is this a bug?
Should I use other elements? What fields are searchable from the customer portal?

If the search box on the portal does not return the answers it is not very useful. I hope someone will be able to explain why it does not work.
