Hi,
I have a custom field for Jira Service Desk which has a default value (not null). Is it possible that when a user opens the customer portal, the field does not pre-filled with it's default value?
versions: JIRA (v6.3.7) and Jira Service Desk (2.0.4)

I don't believe that's possible, however I created a suggestion as you can seen on JSD-1933.
