In Jira service desk portal, How can we change the options of a select list custom field on the basis of the organizations to which a logged in user is a part of? If I am in a Group/Organization A I should see options for a select list field a,b,c,d but if I am from a group/organization B, I should see f,f,g,h as an options for the same field.
So that is currently not possible with native Jira Service Desk. But check out this plugin Extension for Jira Service Desk if you are on Server.
If you're on Cloud, then I don't believe it's possible.
