In JIRA service desk, can I setup alerts for queues?

When I setup multiple queues for my team, when one queue reaches 10 customer emails, I want to send off alerts?

Is this possible?

Hello,

If you have Adaptivist Scriptrunner add-on, you could create your custom service which would be executed on schedule. Your service would check the required by you conditions and send an email. But you would need to do some coding.
