Import fails with no message as to why Edited

I get the following message when importing a relatively small file (1071 rows). I've made sure that the summary field is only 254 characters. Unfortunately, the last message in the detailed log doesn't provide much help on what to troubleshoot. Is there any way to increase the debugging level? This is a JSD project. If I delete the JSD project and recreate it as a Classic Service Desk project, the import works. Clearly there is some bug in the JSD import process.

Hi Jon,

I understand that you are trying to import issues with the CSV import in Jira Cloud.  In this case, I'd actually recommend that you create a support case for this problem by going to https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ select 'technical issues and bugs', Jira, Cloud, and then enter your Cloud URL here.  I can see that your Cloud site will have support.

To a site-admin there are no more logs than this available. However it might be possible that an Atlassian Cloud support agent could retrieve more information from that Cloud site.  You might have to recreate the import to see more current info about this, and it might help if you provide the csv import file in the support ticket as well.
