We are moving to JSD Cloud. In our current ticket tool which is not cloud based we delete requests from customers, which include sensitive data. If we delete the request from JSD Cloud, is this information removed and deleted from cloud as well? We need to be sure that this sensitive data is deleted from cloud.
@Izabella Cikalova There couple of things you need look here,
You can read about data storage - https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/data-storage-faq-873871367.html
And, about security practices - https://www.atlassian.com/trust/security/security-practices?_ga=2.217872404.361915961.1575719368-116914297.1575719368
Overall, I can tell you is when you delete a ticket or any data from your JSD, it will never appear back and will be completely removed from Atlassian systems after 60 days.
Thank you DPK J,
Is there any possible way to delete this data from backup immediately or sooner than 60 days?

No, you can’t delete backup that Atlassian holds. It just gets deleted after 60 days.
