ITSM project with employee's manager as approver

We want to have an employee's manager be the approver for a software request. Is it possible to do this with the cloud version  of service desk?

Yes, you can set up the approvers on Service Desk projects. See the following document for the steps:

 I only wanted the employee's manager as the only approver
