I want to create a new service desk and archive the old one, but before i do that I want to make sure If I can use or link the old portal to new service desk that i will create.
You can't use the same, considering the fact that each project has it's own customer portal. However, you can customize it in the same way of the customer portal of the project you will archive.
This way, it will work in the same way of the old one.
