I want to send an email to the approver (requestor manager) to inform that a specific ticket has been opened. I want to customize an email for this, but automation only lets you send email to the customer involved or the rapporteur. I would like to pull the email from the "Approver" field. It's possible?
In that case they would not have to approve anything, only to be notified. Then they would not receive this email requesting approval.
It would be a "Report loss or theft" request, where the person's manager must receive an email to be informed of the ticket opening.
