I want to prevent sending a customer notification template by sending an email to a customer in Outlook by linking the actual email address.
I want to send an email to the customer once the internal testing is complete. What should I do?

when i’m running test systems I disable outgoing email. Too many experiences of users calling me to explain why they’re getting strange emails.
got to cog/System/Outgoing Email and disable
