I want to SLA Reports hourly

Hi,

I have a problem. The problem is I want to SLA reports hourly eveytime but sometimes SLA reports are daily and I can not change that. What can I do for take SLA reports hourly everytime ?

Hey there,

you can write a filter with your SLA and subscribe this filter with a hourly subscribe.
then you get a hourly report.

Thank you your answer  But your resolution isn't for problem. I will clearly describe for you. I created SLA Reports (Report is SLA's Resolution Time ). When I click SLA's Resolution Time Reports, I can see SLA's Resolution Time Report's Graph. Sometimes I take reports hourly or daily . I want to take reports hourly everytime.sla_rapor.PNG
