I need to know that how long time did u spend to time for solved the issue,

i need to know something like average issue resolution time

You can use standard JIRA functionality for this type of reports.  For instance

If you configure an SLA, or use the default Time to Resolution SLA, you can create a report that accumulates the average. 

Create a new report and when adding the series, select this from the drop down (or your own SLA):
