I have attached below the status for the emails that aren't arriving in the queue? Can anyone help me understand why I'm getting Failure and rejected status? I have changed the global settings to Yes and Yes to allow customers to not login and not have accounts. Any help would be much appreciated.
If you are on Jira Service Desk Server you can disable rejection of auto-reply emails. Kindly look at the followig link
