I have a problem with queues. Can you tell me if I can reduce some insight into the queue for some users and how. I need to see some queues to selected users. Thank you very much.

JIRA permission works against project, not JSD queue. You probably want to split your JSD into separate project and assign different permission to each. There's also issue-level security but this is a bit complex to setup / maintain.

What do you mean by "reduce some insight into the queue" and "see some queues to selected users"?
