I cannot install JIRA Service Desk


I can't install JIRA Service Desk 2.5.0 on our server (ubuntu 12.04 LTS) in JIRA 6.4.8. It always fails because of 141 unsatisfied requirements for installing plugin. I successfully installed other plugins though.

Which information do you need to help me?

Hi Lukas,

This is a bug in the UPM (see here) and as a workaround, you need to delete the latest version from your JIRA_HOME/plugins/installed-plugins folder to use the one embedded with your JIRA.
