Howe to make an export of the real-time reports ?

Hi,

I 'am wondering if it is possible to make an export (csv, pdf, sql...) of the real time generated reports?

Thanks for your help.

JIRA Service Desk does not support that yet.

You can export JIRA Service Desk managed tickets to PDF using the JIRA PDF View Plugin, starting from plugin version 3.4.0!

Sample PDF exports:

  1. SLA fields for an issue list (from a JQL result, for example)
  2. SLA fields for one issue
