On each project there is a report called Time Tracking that should give you what you are looking for. You can also use JQL to define the list of issues you want to see in the issue search. You can change the issue search view to list view and add the Time Spent column to the results.
You can also try third-party apps from Atlassian Marketplace. There are plenty of them in "time tracking" category.
I can propose a "Clockwork" app. It helps to automate time tracking but also gives flexible reports with "export to excel" function. It allows to see time logged for each issue and export it.
