When creating custom reports in Jira Service Desk Cloud it seems like the only 2 'real' series I can select are 'Created' and 'Resolved'. Is there a way to get a series that is just 'All Issues in a given project'?
The other series options are all time-based SLA's, like 'Time in Open Status', etc. Is there a way to create an SLA that just includes all Issues in a project?
If I could just have a series for 'All Issues' I would write JQL such that it shows 'status was Open before endOfDay() AND status is not Open' (something like that, not sure on exact syntax).
Currently, it's not possible to customize the series to get all issues. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
