Is there a way to stop notifications going to external addresses?
I can't see an obvious way to do it. At the moment notifications are sent to the reporter, the assignee and all watchers, but we really only want these to go to the reporter, assignee and internal watchers.
The whole point of watchers is that they get told about issue updates, and Jira doesn't care if a user is internal or external, just that there is someone to notify. You've told it to notify these people.
The only way to differentiate the emails would be a rule on the outgoing mail server.
