How to setup seperate knowledge base for seperate service desk project ?

We have two service desk for two seperate project and seperate knowledge base on confluence side. But when customer register and come to service desk portal see both projects knowledge base articles. 

How can we stop seeing each other project knowledge base articles?

Please go through the following Atlassian documentation which speak about setting up knowledge base per service desk project.

Please be conservative when configuring the knowledge base for the respective JSD portals.

  • You may want to restrict based on labels such that only the appropriate labelled pages are shown
  • You may want to restrict based on user access to Confluence
