We have two service desk for two seperate project and seperate knowledge base on confluence side. But when customer register and come to service desk portal see both projects knowledge base articles.
How can we stop seeing each other project knowledge base articles?

Please be conservative when configuring the knowledge base for the respective JSD portals.
