How to search the knowledge base or attachments within the articles in JIRA service desk?

Is there a search function other than Ctrl + f where I can search through the hundreds of documents that I have in my articles? If so, can this search function go through what is written within the documents/attachments? All the documents in these articles that are linked to my service desk can be accessed from each project.

I’m afraid that it’s not possible to find articles using keywords that contain in attachments or documents.

We have some feature requests suggesting improvements on search in the customer portal:

• As an user, I'd like to search KB article based on other fields besides Summary
• Improve the search experience in the Knowledge base section of Jira Service Desk cloud
• Improve search on customer portal.
