How to restart sla counter?



I'm using JIRA Service Desk 2.0 and I need to restart the counter of one SLA when transitioning to the same status. I'm trying it but I don't know how to do it.

In addition, is it possible to configure one SLA as an incremental counter without a goal?

Hi Francesc,

in plugin Service Pack for JIRA Service Desk there are some SLA operation and there is postfunction reset SLA.

I hope I've help you.

Is there any way to do this with Jira Cloud? I've been unable to find any way to do this.

Clone the request and remove the original....

While that would work, it would be much easier if the Atlassian Dev's programed a Reset feature button next to the counter that the Admin of the project could manage.
