How to make the helpcenter private?

I want to design the helpcenter  so that in order to access the search, KB and generate a ticket you need to login first. Currently you can just got to the portal and the search and KBs  are already showing before you login

If you can access the KB without any log in, this means you have enabled anonymous access to your Confluence space(s).  Go to the space, space settings, permissions and turn off anonymous access (consider just doing it in "global permissions" if you just want it blocked completely)
