I have been looking for this for a while without luck. Information found on forums and even official documentation seems to be outdated.
Can anyone help on How to link Issues between Service Desk and Jira? We'd like to recieve tickets on Service Desk and create a new Jira ticket if necessary from it.

there are a number of Community threads on this topic. Here is one. It is a lengthy thread but if you wish to see what how I (and many others) solve this scroll down to my comments. Basically, it consists of Create linked issue and then set up automation to automatically resolve the JSD ticket when JSW issue is resolved.
