How to get the notification in JIRa

Hi,

When i add  "ABC" under Organisation field in JIRA , all the users exists in ABC should get a notification about the Ticket.

The notification is active but no one get the Notification message.

Hello,

In your customer notifications, in order for an entire organization to be notified, you need to enable "Organizations Added".
