Hello,

I'm currently running Jira Server but I'm moving some departments in Jira Service Desk, and i wonder if it's possible to get the project's name into a dropdown field in Jira Service Desk?

A concrete case will be that a user raises a ticket in Jira Service Desk and must choose the project he's referring to from Jira Server...so somehow i need to pull the projects list into a field is there any solution to this?

Thanks.

Hi @Albert Manuel ,

You can create custom field type of project picker and add this custom field to your service desk project.

Also from custom field context you can select only jira software projects so that only jira software projects will appear in dropdown.
