How to get priorities back in JSD after upgrade to 3.9.2? No "default" priority scheme made

ron_lindstrom_picotrading_com February 5, 2018

Upgraded to JSD 3.9.2 and Jira 7.6.2

Afterwards no Service Desk project has any values in the "Priority" field.
Went to Priorities and saw the 4 normal values
Emergency
High
Medium
Low

Went to Priority Scheme and added a "Default Scheme" list and added all projects to it (except Service Desk projects not visible blurb on page)

End result is there are no values in Priority field in Service Desk projects.  Anyone know how to resolve this please?  I've done some searching but haven't found anything.

Hi Ron,

As part of the 7.6.0 Jira upgrade you should have a default priority scheme. If you don't have one please raise a support request

In Jira Service Desk we support priority schemes in 3.10.x and the upcoming 3.9.4 release.

Yeah - opened a ticket and they worked it out.  Had to run a bunch of DB updates.

thanks,

Ron
