We recently migrated our JIRA from server to cloud, updating from 7.3.6 to 7.9 before migrating. Our email template was broken before the migration, but I was hoping it might get fixed after update and/or migration, but it didn't. How can we get a support from Atlassian support team to get it fixed? (I'm assuming we're eligible for support). Below is an example email screenshot:
That looks like the standard outgoing mail. What is "broken" in it?
I remember the email looking better, with colors and more organized , now it looks as if the styling (CSS maybe?) is gone/not working, or is this how outgoing email supposed to look?
