How to customize "My requests" to add more options under "You can" on the customer portal on Jira SD

I want to add more options to Jira SD customer portal when they go to "My requests"

Right now it only shows "You can Add a comment"

using Jira SD 1.1.1

I want to show resolved as well as closed as a category.

We would like to do the same. The idea is to add operations like "Escalate" or "Put on hold", etc.

We are using JIRA Cloud and it's already in version 3.0
