Hi,
I want to customize the automatic reply sent by the service desk when receiving a new email. I did look at all configuration panel; there is nothing to deal with that.

I suggest you take a look at this feature request: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSD-971 and vote up if it suites you. In cloud there is not ability to do what you've asked, unfortunately.
