We have a Service desk instance and I need to know how to create a report to show how many days does tickets are being resolved.

You can try Time in Status for Jira Cloud. It can automatically measure the time spent in a specific status in the time data format you prefer (days, hours or minutes).
Also, this app allows monitor data as issue view panel, view it as charts and export.

In your case it is not possible to get a report from how many days does ticket are being resovled but you can get a report from how many tickets are resolved in period of specific time.
for example : project = xxx and status = resolved AND updated >= -2w
