How to create SLA report

Hi All,

I am not able to create the SLA Report as what parameter i need to add so that i will able to generate the reports.

what kind of SLA report? If you wish to create on you do the following:

1. project > Reports
2. click "new report"
3. give it a name and click Add series. what series you select depends on what you want to display but basically for SLA you chose one of the series associated w/ your SLA

For example - I have a report called SLA IT which covers the "Time to resolution" SLA for my IT project. I have two series on this report: Met and Breached. It looks like this...

and if you edit it and then look at the Met series it looks like this...

so in the series dropdown just pick the series that gives you what you want.
