How to configure external comments to customers?

We have installed 2 jira server desk (server version).

we sync the projects between the service desk with 'backbone sync issue' add-on.

For some reason all comments that being written to the customer (jira A to jira B)  appear as internal in jira B.

the syncuser on both service desk has 'service desk team' permissions.

Hi, thanks for your interest in Backbone Issue Sync.

We have four different approaches to synchronising with Jira Service Desk: 2nd Level Support (Jira Service Desk <> Jira), 2nd Level Support (Jira Service Desk <> Jira Service Desk), Mirroring (same-level support), Power Customer Support. Which one are you using?
