How to change customer portal banner color and button color?

The customer portal has a drop down for the banner and button color, which are the same. Is there a way to have the banner a different color and the buttons a different one?

I think all of us on server are waiting for the branding options that are available for cloud to be available.

There are market place add-ons for this though now.
