There's a few things you might mean here.  Do you want

  • The name of the JIRA reporter?
  • The name of the customer who reported the issue?
  • The person making the comment?
  • Something else?

Thing is, most of those are reported on comments already, one way or another, so I'm not quite sure what you're looking for.

Nic,

Usually in service desk, when you want to make a comment, the comment box usually populates the name of the user who has reported the issue and at the bottom the person who is responding to it.

It used to show up before but now I do not see them and I have write the name of the person all the time I am responding to.

Does this make sense.
