How to allow a customer to see all his tickets in JSD?

I assume it's possible - can you guide me where I should find more info about that?

They will have a "Requests" link in the upper right of the UI. Take a look at https://confluence.atlassian.com/servicedeskcloud/blog/2016/01/improved-my-requests-page
