In service desk /customer/portal after creating a support ticket, we have an option to add user under the people involved section. I want to add few users as default so that when ever some one create new support ticket these default guys can get the access to those tickets. I'm new to this application, can any one guide step-step process.

Both solutions require plugins, there are other ways such as adding post-functions to your workflow but that would also require a 3rd party plugin.
