How to add a large number of customers to access the service desk?

I have about 200+ customers I want to add to my Service Desk project. I am using the cloud and I don't have SAML. What is the best way to add them to my service desk project?

I was thought about doing copy and paste the group of emails in the add customer section and have them create accounts that way. But I was wondering if there is a better way.
